1 WEEK OUT from "8 ISLANDS"
Yesterday I arrived in La Palma. Some months ago, massive volcanic eruptions happened here.
It is on this island I'll start my challenge on may 5!
The tapering, supercompensation and acclimatization process has started and at this point I have no worries and stress about my project. I'm not thinking about the outcome and the result of it. Not at all. I'm just gonna enjoy the ride to the fullest and whatever happens, happens.
I know I have done anything in my power to be ready for this challenge and the past 1.5 years I left nothing in the tank.. Absolutely nothing. There is not one thing I could have done more.
Now, the only thing left to do is resting, eating, get out in nature and do some light training to stay active.
